Refund Policy

Due to site changes, rentals of space or needs of each event, refund policies may change from event to event.

 

For each ticket, a £55 non-refundable deposit is taken. This will usually be part of the full price ticket and the first installment. Each participant will then be contacted and issued an invoice for the full amount in two further installments. Each installment will have a different deadline to be paid by but both installments can be paid anytime in as many smaller payments as the participant would like before the issued deadline, providing each additional amount is paid by the given deadlines. Some participants may choose to pay them both at once or pay them individually in order to split the cost.

Any participant who doesn’t pay before the deadline forfeits their ticket and right to attend the event. If a participant believes they will be unable to meet these deadlines, we encourage them to get in contact with VoidStar Games at info@balancelarp.co.uk to see if alternative arrangements can be made. This is done on a case-by-case basis.

Up to three months prior to our events, tickets are able to be transferred or sold, with permission from VoidStar Games. Once a ticket is transferred or sold it is now the responsibility of the new participant to pay any remaining installments or balance of the ticket if there are any outstanding. VoidStar Games reserves the rights to refuse a transfer or resale of a ticket at any time. 

 

Any new participant of the event after sale must agree to the VoidStar Games' Terms and Conditions as well as all our game policies in order to attend the event. It is advised that the transfer of the ticket be made, including any payment paid to the previous holder of the ticket, only after VoidStar Games have agreed to take on the new participant to the event. VoidStar Games assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred through the transfer of a ticket. It is entirely the responsibility of the Participant hoping to transfer their ticket. 

 

Tickets are unable to be transferred or sold with less than 3 months before the event. If you are unable to attend an event due to unforeseen circumstances out of your control please contact VoidStar Games at info@balancelarp.co.uk as partial refunds may be considered in certain situations. This is done on a case-by-case basis, and proof of circumstances may be requested

We reserve the right to refuse ticket sales, as this is a private event. Any further questions on ticket sales may be answered via info@balancelarp.co.uk
