The Start of an Adventure

This LARP started out as a dream two friends shared a few years ago and has now become a reality. It’s gone from "what ifs?!?", and "wouldn’t it be fun to do...", to "how do we logistically make this work?". As the partner of one of these friends it’s been amazing watching it unravel and come together into something tangible ready to be shared with the LARP community.

The world in which you’ll enter in the game is a gripping one filled with twists, turns and unexpected plot. Players can expect to experience game play around political intrigue, social manipulation, interfering Deities, confusion and choices!! So there’s really something for everyone here. Set in a gorgeous Oxfordshire hotel this is the perfect place to host such an event.

Balance is run by 3 friends, Kat, Ciaran and Em (you can meet us properly on our website, but I thought a little into wouldn’t go amiss). Kat is the Managing Director and overseer of the game. She’s the cogs that keep everything moving and the tech brain of the website. Ciaran is Director of Human Relations and the “person” behind the company. He’s known for being your go to for any issues and a friendly face to have around. Em is the Director of Operations and they attempt to keep things running in the background admin wise.
